We use our professional skills and the experimental laboratory of our own relationship to obtain a particular and unique authenticity in the application of Life Coaching and Relational Counseling to couples and families.

We are recognized as Professional Certified Coaches by ICF ( International Coach Federation ) and AICP ( Italian Association of Professional Coaches ).
Couple in professional and private life. Since 2008 we have been organizing and holding group seminars and individual consultations for personal growth and relational care aimed at couples, families, individuals and companies.
We boast more than 5000 hours of group courses and 6000 hours of individual and couple counseling, we are the creators of the “Active Integrative Method®” officially recognized as a training path by FAIP (Federation of Italian Psychotherapy Associations), the Youman Excellence® and Power Flow® methods. All legally registered trademarks.
Our remarkable experience in the field, combined with personal training and direct experimentation of the various methods in their own relationship, place us among the major Italian relational experts.
We are experts in leadership and management, human resources management, personality theory (Integrative Body psychotherapy), NLP, non-violent communication (Rosenberg), business management, stress management, inclusion&diversity, work&family balance.

Maurizio and Gloria are an extraordinary couple.
