The sustaining ball is specially designed by our team as an optimal aid for the exercises proposed in our courses, derived from IBP (Integrative Body Psychotherapy), such as the famous Sustaining Constancy meditation.

Valid in many of the mind-body alignment experiences provided in the Active Integrative Method, it can also be used outside of our courses for yoga techniques, self-massage, postural or mobility support exercises.

Its small size allows for easy storage.
