HOW TO USE IT?
Smudge
Light the stick at the end, let the flame go out by itself or blow it out, then place it on the shell while it emits the scented fumes. Do not leave unattended while lit.
Holy Palo
The Palo Santo wood should be lit by holding it at an angle. As soon as it starts to catch fire, it should be extinguished by blowing gently. The smoke is emitted by the embers. Do not leave unattended while lit.
The supplied feather can be used to spread the aromatic smoke in the desired direction.
White sage (Salvia apiana)
Sage, an aromatic plant with wide culinary use, is also widespread in Native American shamanism and in Wicca culture. Its esoteric use is linked to purification rituals from negative energies that can stagnate in environments and people following bereavements, traumas or simply arguments and recurring negative thoughts.

Clear crystal
